We are recruiting an oncologist for a hospital in Møre og Romsdal, where you will be part of a team treating patients with chemotherapy, immunotherapy and radiotherapy. This permanent position offers a unique opportunity to practice advanced cancer treatments in a world-renowned healthcare system.
Responsibilities:
- Medical oncological treatment and follow-up of cancer patients
- Administration of chemotherapy and immunotherapy
- Radiotherapy (palliative and curative)
- General palliative care
- Participation in clinical studies, research, and quality improvement projects
- Supervision and guidance of resident doctors
- Teaching responsibilities
Qualifications:
- European authorization as a medical professional
- European certification as an oncologist
- Good overall knowledge and expertise in oncology
- Communication skills in one of the Scandinavian languages (free language course offered)
- A clean criminal record documented through a police certificate (in accordance with the Health Personnel Act)
